Dark Face Lighting?
 On
the surface of a Resin Cast Lighting Sign, we add an extra thin
dark resin layer. This makes signs look dark in daylight.
The Dark Face effect is designed for some special lighting
demands, Just like for traffic lighting in the daytime. Some
signals need to be dark when not operating. Now the Dark Face
technique can be used.
What makes it special?
Dark Face Technology is also based
on "Resin Cast Lighting" technology , adding a special
synthesized resin layer to control the penetrability of
daylight's seven primary colors.
Like the traffic signals we mentioned above. To make it looks
dark, normally a frosted translucent acrylic panel will be
covered on LED Lamp to make signal look dark, but this panel
looks white close up. Using our Dark Face Lighting technology,
the surface will be deep black or deep brown. One meter away
from the sign, it shows a black color naturally and obscures the
exact colors of the sign face.
Rayboard has solved this challenge of combining the darkening
effect with white LED lights The sample picture list above shows
the final effect.
